Legal Description: 80 acres of land, more or less, Williams County, North Dakota, more particularly described as Township 159 North, Range 96 West, 5th PM. Section 26: N1/2 NW1/4 recorded as Document No. 626452 of the records of Williams County, ND. The lease is controlled by Bakken Oil LLC in Sidney, MT. The land is currently in production with a well recently drilled by Continental Resources. The well is Stark 1-26H1, API#3310503406 in Temple Field.
