The timeshare can be used at any Vida Vacations property. The first year available usage is 2017 based upon availability at the time of the transfer. The 2017 maintenance fees of $2,183.00 have not been paid and will be payable by the Buyer. This is a Membership and not a deeded property. Membership #RCNT0015. The contract expires in 2024. The Membership comes with a golf package that consists of $30 per round of golf, 2 for 1 massage and free internet. The Debtors paid $31,700 for the timeshare.
