Legal: SW4 of the NW4 of S33 T14S, R31E of the GSRB&M (40 Acres) and SE4 of the NW4 of S33 T14S, R31E of the GSRB&M (40 Acres) plus 1/4 Undivided Interest in the South 30′ of the N2 of the SE4 and East 30′ of the S2 of the SW4 and the East 30′ of the South 30′ of the N2 of the SW4 in S28, T14S, R31E of the GSRB&M, Cochise county, AZ. There is no site address for these parcels other than Ratliss Road. Parcel numbers: 304-04-044C, 304-04-044D and 304-04-040D (an easement parcel).  According to the Assessor, the 2017 taxes of 296.76 per 40 acre parcel are due were due 12-31-2017. The total past due tax amount is $593.52 as of 12-31-2017. These parcels are zoned RU4 and are buildable lots. The lots are near Sam Simon, Willcox and Benson. The picture below is of the general area, not of this particular parcel. The assessed FCV for each 40 acre parcel is $12,603 for a total of $25,206.00.
