This membership is 7,000 Premier Vacation Credits awarded annually in March, that can be used at any WorldMark location. Contract #000370007189. According to WorldMark, the mortgage contract has been paid in full and the first year available usage is 2014. There are 3,100 credits currently available. There will be 7,000 credits awarded in March of 2015. The 2014 maintenance fees of $556.10 are being paid quarterly at $139.02 (due 9/1/14). The past due fee amount is approx. $139.02 as of 9-30-14. The fee to transfer the ownership is $299. Please note, it can take up to 3-4 weeks to get Transfer Documents from Wyndham. The resort pictured below is WorldMark Las Vegas Boulevard.
