According to the assessor this is zoned vacant residential rural and it is a buildable lot.  The only site address is: Memory Lane. The parcel is on Memory Lane just East of Anway Road. The nearest city to the parcel is Marana, AZ. The 2017 taxes of $214.90 have not been paid. The past due tax amount is approx. $865.75 (includes 2015, 2016 and 2017 taxes and interest) good thru 11-30-17, payable by the Buyer. The 2017 full cash value shows as $10,000. The picture below is of the general area, NOT of this particular parcel. We were unable to determine if there is an HOA or POA associated with the parcel.
