E. Barnett’s land; thence S 25-1/2 E 500 feet to an ash and ironwood in a hollow, corner to S. E. Barnett’s land; thence S 45-1/4 W 534 feet to a chestnut on top of a ridge, maple and sourwood pointers, thence northwardly with the top of the ridge to the south corner of an orchard; thence northwest to a stone at a bluff, thence a straight line to the Beginning, Puckett’s Creek”.  Site address:  Rogers Cemetery Road. According to the Assessor, the nearest city to the parcel is Pennington Gap, VA 24263, this is a buildable lot and it is unknown if electricity and water are near the property.
