Parcel number: E-1271-0004-0019. According to the Assessor, the 2012 taxes of $52.25 were due on 11-30-12. Past due taxes are $62.25 as of 01-03-2013, payable by the Buyer. According to the assessor the parcel is zoned 02B residential unimproved and it is a buildable lot. It is unknown whether there is water or electric near the property. The parcel is located approx. 12 miles NW of Newcastle and about 1 1/2 hours away from Cedar City. The picture below is of the general area, not of this particular parcel.
