There is no site address for the properties, but both Lots are on the paved street, Balsam Drive. There is a house on Lot 378 with an address of 16625 Balsam Drive Presque, MI 49777. According to the Assessor, the nearest cities are Rogers City (the County Seat) and Alpena. The 2012 taxes of $26.55 per parcel have not been paid. The past due tax amount is $28.61 per parcel as of 6-30-13, (includes late fees). The water bill due per parcel is $100.83 as of 6-30-13. The Presque Harbor Association HOA fees for both lots together is $308.35. The winning bidder will be invoiced for the bid amount, the document preparation fee of $250 (the lots are deeded separately) and $8 for certified mail.
