DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
Two  parcels of vacant land in Otero County, NM.  Legal: Lot 11 (0.406 Acres) & Lot 12 (0.420 Acres), Block 1, Amended Plat of Eagle Crest Subdivision, Unit 1, Cloudcroft. Parcel numbers: 12-01988 & 12-01984. According to the Assessor, there is Community water in the area and overhead electric. The 2012 taxes for each parcel of $27.45 have been paid. There are no past due taxes for either parcel. The parcels are approx. 2-3 miles from Cloudcroft, NM and near the city of James Canyon. The Assessed FCV for each parcel is $4,050. The picture below is of the general area, not this particular parcel.
