This is a deeded timeshare with 105,000 Vacation Points awarded annually at Wyndham La Cascada Resort in San Antonio, TX. Contract #000681210977. The points can be used to stay at La Cascada or at any resort in the Wyndham network. According to Wyndham, the mortgage contract has been paid in full, the first year available usage is 2014 and there are 105,000 credits currently available. The 2014 maintenance fees of $607.40 are being paid monthly at $50.62. Past due fees are approx. $101.24 as of 9-30-2014. The fee to transfer the ownership is $299.
