There is a house at 11-1803 Pilo Street. Hilo is approx. 20 minutes from the area. According to the Assessor (808) 961-8201, this parcel is a buildable lot. The 2015 taxes of $100.00 have not been paid. Past due taxes good thru 5-31-2016 are approx. $463.22 (includes taxes from 2012 to 2015). The Eden Roc Estates Association assesses $50 annually for road fees which have not been paid since 2010.
