According to the Assessor’s Office (870)-994-7327, the nearest cities to the parcel are Hardy & Ash Flats, these are buildable lots and there are electricity and water available in the area. The 2013 taxes per Lot of $232.62 have not been paid. The past due taxes per Lot as of 12-30-13 are $260.11. The S.I.D. Assessments per Lot for 2013 are $226.88 for a total of $453.76.
